At Dellatrek, customer satisfaction is important to us. If your order does not fully meet your expectations, we offer a transparent and customer-friendly return and refund process.
Please review the information below before submitting a return request.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if the following conditions are met:
- The product remains unused and in its original condition
- Original packaging, tags, and included accessories are returned with the item
- Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is provided
- Our support team has approved the return request before the item is sent back
To start a return process, please contact us at info@dellatrek.com. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or different from the item you ordered, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
When contacting our support team, please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos showing the issue
- A short description of the problem
After reviewing the information, we will determine the most suitable solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on product availability and the specific situation.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Certain products cannot be returned due to hygiene, safety, or customization reasons. These may include:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Used, worn, or opened items
- Digital or downloadable products
- Clearance or final-sale items
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before sending it back.
Exchanges
Dellatrek currently does not process direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, you may return the eligible item and place a separate order for the new item.
EU Right of Withdrawal
Customers located within the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.
Returned products must remain unused and in their original condition. Unless the return is related to a defective or incorrect product, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Processing
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the outcome of your refund request.
If approved:
- The refund will be issued using the original payment method
- Processing may take up to 10 business days
If your refund has not appeared within 15 business days after approval, please contact our support team for assistance.
